1. What is the difference between the ASPRE course and the ASP® course?

The 1- or 2-day ASP® -RE course is for Real Estate agents that want to learn how to stage and market these concepts to their client as a value add. The Staging and Selling Cycle teaches the 4 Phases every agent needs to incorporate in their business process. We show EXACTLY what an agent can earn based on current production and NEW Business WHEN they Stage their Listings. Real Estate Agents who have followed the proven system have increased their production, revenue and referrals. 2. How much does the ASP®-RE Course cost?

The ASPRE Agent Courses investments are: $175.00 for the Listing Leader - Staging & Selling Cycle Course, and $250.00 with the added Staging Strategies, Concepts and Color sessions. There are usually specials that help reduce the course investment.

3. What if I am a real estate agent and want to make money from staging?

Agents who want to stage their own listings or any listings would need to attend the ASP® Accredited Staging Professional Home Stager Business Course. We apply what you have paid towards your ASP-RE Education and reduce the amount owed for the ASP® Home Stager Course.

4. What is the ASP®, Accredited Staging Professional Business Course?

This course is for anyone who wants to become a professional Home Stager. No experience is necessary. We train on how to stage, the techniques and methodology of staging. how to market a business and who to market to. We provide all the knowledge and resources needed to begin a profitable Home Staging business or to add to a current design, organizing, or cleaning business who wants to add Home Staging as a service.

5. How much does the ASP® Home Stager Business Course cost?
The ASP® Home Stager Course investment is tuition is $1895.00? There are usually specials that help reduce the course investment.

6. What is the ASA Course and how much it ASA cost?

The ASA - Accredited Staging Assistant Course is for those who want to use their creativity to earn income but do not want to manage a company. The course investment is $899.00. There are usually specials that help reduce the course investment.

7. How much does the ASPM® cost?

The ASP Master - SCALE Advanced Course tuition is $2895.00. There are usually specials that help reduce the course investment.

8. How much money can a stager make?

A pro-Home Stager can make 4 figures to over 7 figures in their business. It all depends on their goals. Rates charged for the various services Home Stagers offer vary depending on the City, state, size of the property and the location (metro, urban, suburban, rural). We will train you are how to charge and what to charge in the ASP® Home Stager Business Course.

9. Is this a profitable business?

If you want to purchase, once you become and ASP® Home Stager, you will have access to our exclusive Vendor Program. The Vendor Program offers a resource for wholesale furniture, artwork, and décor companies to build your staging resources. The course teaches what types of items to purchase and how to charge for them to clients.

11. Can I be successful as a professional stager? I love homes and décor, but I am unsure if I can do this…

YES, you can be a successful home stager! When you have the interest, the creativity and passion needed to make this a successful business for yourself, all you need is a framework, business plan and understanding of how to market, manage and maintain a company.
